These conditions of sale apply to all purchases made on popievintage.com. By placing an order, you accept these conditions in full.

products & availability

All items are unique vintage pieces, sold subject to availability. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will be notified immediately and refunded in full.

prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€). Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and will be calculated at checkout. For orders outside the EU, additional customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery and are at the buyer's expense.

payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payment methods available via Shopify Payments. All transactions are secured.

order confirmation

An order confirmation email will be sent to you once your payment has been processed. This email constitutes acceptance of your order by Popie Vintage.

shipping

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery times and costs.

returns & refunds

All sales are final. Returns are only accepted in specific circumstances as outlined in our Return Policy. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

liability

Popie Vintage cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

governing law

These conditions of sale are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
