processing time

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

shipping worldwide via colissimo

We ship worldwide using Colissimo (La Poste), a tracked and insured postal service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the package.

customs, duties & taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be charged upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and are entirely at the buyer's expense. Popie Vintage is not responsible for any additional charges incurred after dispatch.

order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Colissimo tracking number. You can track your parcel at colissimo.fr or directly via La Poste's website.

lost or damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at paulinestaron@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with Colissimo on your behalf. Please note that investigations can take up to 21 business days to resolve.

incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Popie Vintage is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
